Grace Bible Church is led by the following team of pastors and deacons elected by the congregation:


Rich Powell - seNIor pastor

Rich was born and raised in Colombia, South America, as the son of missionaries. He attended Moody Bible Institute and completed his Th.B. in 1987 from Piedmont Bible College. Rich served six years as a youth and music minister in Virginia before moving to Michigan where he pastored a community church. He has served as senior pastor of Grace Bible Church since 2003. He has completed Masters and Doctoral degrees through Master's International Divinity School.


DWIGHT BALL - Pastor of Ministries

Dwight served as a missionary in South America with his wife, Susan. They have been married for forty years and have four grandchildren. Dwight, who has an extensive business background most recently serving as COO of a medical device company, leads the equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry. His emphasis is on the training and equipping of other leaders, young adult ministry, and administration. 

Joshua Spencer


Born and raised in California, Joshua moved to North Carolina to serve on staff at a Christian camp. He completed his Master of Divinity at Liberty University, and he and his wife Candace have served the teaching and youth ministry at Grace Bible Church since 2013. Joshua, who is also a chaplain in the North Carolina Army National Guard, is responsible for equipping our people and coordinating gospel outreach into the community of Winston Salem.

Bobby Locklear


Bobby Locklear, his wife, Rachel, and their five children have been part of the family of Grace since 2009. Bobby is responsible for ensuring that our culture of discipleship is a coordinated and intentional effort by the entire church. He enjoys working with small groups, and is involved in recruiting and training leaders and hosts. Bobby also works part-time in the remodeling industry, alongside his pastoral responsibilities.
